3v3 is one of the best ways to teach kids to play basketball with a focus on spacing, movement and team play
Program Details
3on3 is one of the best ways to teach kids to play basketball. The focus on spacing, movement and team-play ensures athletes develop the crucial skills needed to exceed at rep levels and beyond.
Sessions are structured so that a group warm-up is followed by 30 minutes of skill development, covering many topics including dribbling, basic offensive concepts, passing, shooting, and defense.
The second half of each weekly session incorporates 3on3 game play, giving the athletes an opportunity to experience competition and gain confidence, as they apply the concepts and skills taught each week, in a structured, yet fun environment.
