About the Shooting Academy
The IBSA Shooting Academy is an 8-week, shooting-specific development program for athletes who are serious about improving their shot. This season, we’ve taken the program to the next level by integrating our brand new, cutting-edge shooting analysis platform that provides real data, real feedback, and real results.
Each session follows a progressive curriculum focused on mechanics, footwork, shot preparation, and game-speed execution, all led by IBSA’s experienced coaching staff. Every rep is now supported by technology that tracks, analyzes, and visualizes each athlete’s shooting form and efficiency.

Every registered athlete will receive:
- Two full shooting assessments (Week 1 + Final Week)
- Automated shot tracking and biomechanics analysis
- Progress comparisons from start to finish
- Personalized digital shooting report card with data, video, and coaching notes
- Private athlete/parent portal access to view videos, stats, breakdowns, and progress reports anytime
How it works?
- The Shooting Academy will run for eight consecutive sessions on Monday nights at St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School (200 Windwood Dr, Binbrook, ON L0R 1C0)
- Due to the technical nature of shooting and correcting each athletes mistakes, the Shooting Academy will be limited to 20 athletes per timeslot.

- Mondays - starts Monday January 19th and ends March 9th (off for Family Day).
- 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Ages 8-12)
- 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Ages 13+)
