Who's it for?
Our Girls House League is tailored for athletes aged 8-17, featuring a 10 week curriculum-based program that will introduce full 5-on-5 competition to young athletes, while teaching proper fundamentals and game rules. Athletes will learn proper spacing, movement, cutting, passing, ball movement, and 5-on-5 principles and gameplay.

Spring Session Cost: $225+HST
SATURDAY MAY 10 - IMPORTANT CHANGES
With continued repairs being done at Hillfield, we will be using two sites for House League evaluations this Saturday (May 10):
Bishop Tonnos - 100 Panabaker Dr, Ancaster ON L9G 5E3
St. Therese of Lisieux - 1760 Garth St, Hamilton ON L9B 2X5
The schedule is as follows:
Boys Grade 3/4 & Girls Grade 3/4 - 9:00am at Bishop Tonnos*
Boys Grade 5/6 and Girls Grade 5/6 - 10:30am at Bishop Tonnos*
Boys Grade 7/8 - 12:00pm at Bishop Tonnos
Girls Grade 7/8 - 12:00pm at St. Therese of Lisieux
Boys Grade 9-11 - 1:30pm at Bishop Tonnos
Girls Grade 9-11 - 1:30pm at St. Therese of Lisieux
* Boys and girls divisions at Bishop Tonnos will be placed onto separate courts.
The Commitment
- 10 Week Program (8 weeks in Spring)
- 30-45 minutes of skills and instruction provided by professional, trained IBSA Basketball Coaching Staff
- 45-60 minutes of structured five on five gameplay
- Team shirts, standings and playoffs/championship tournament.
- Sessions will take place primarily at Hillfield Strathallan College (299 Fennell Ave. West, Hamilton - other locations are used depending on registration numbers)
- Grades 3-4 (CO-ED) 9 am start time
- Grades 5/6 (Girls) - 10:30 am
- Grades 7/8 (Girls) - 12 pm
- Grades 9-11 (Girls) - 1:30 pm
- Please note: Times above are TENTATIVE and will change slightly based on registration numbers. Please be prepared to play any time between 9am - 4:30pm on Saturdays.
Seasons
Fall: Saturdays from September 28 to December 7, 2024
Winter: Saturdays from January 18th to April 5th, 2025
Spring: Saturdays from May 3rd - June 28th, 2025
