House League Programs

The 5 on 5 House League features a 10-week curriculum-based program that will introduce full 5 on 5 competition to young athletes, while teaching proper fundamentals and game rules.

We are excited to begin our Winter Blitz 5on5 House League on Saturday, January 17th. Our first two weeks of the program will encompass evaluations to form teams, and league-play will begin on Week 3.

The Winter House League will take place at two facilities over the course of the season:

Annunciation of Our Lord Catholic Elementary (250 Limeridge Road West, Hamilton, L9C 2V2)

St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Elementary (1760 Garth Street, Hamilton, L9B 2X5)

Schedule Summary:

9:00am - 10:30am

Boys Grades 3/4 @ Annunciation of Our Lord

Girls Grades 3/4 & 5/6 @ St. Therese

10:30am - 12;00pm

Boys Grades 5/6 @ Annunciation of our Lord

Girls Grade 7/8 & 9-12 @ St. Therese

12:00pm - 1:30pm

Boys Grade 7/8 (Last Names A-L) @ Annunciation of our Lord

Boys Grade 7/8 (Last Names M-Z) @ St. Therese

1:30pm - 3:00pm

Boys Grade 9-12 (Last Names A-L) @ Annunciation of our Lord

Boys Grade 9-12 (Last Names M-Z) @ St. Therese

Please note that with our larger divisions in Grade 7/8 and 9-12 Boys we will be splitting the evaluations by last name. Those with last names A-L (ex. Adams, Lang) will be evaluated at Annunication while those with last names M-Z (Morrison, Zhang) will be evaluated at St. Therese.

Session times and divisions may be altered slightly after evaluations once teams are formed. A full game schedule will be released shortly after week 2.
